Willingham Real Estate, LLC is experiencing steady company growth of foreclosure listings, we specialize in all
types of foreclosures; residential, condo, vacant land, commercial & US Marshall foreclosures. We are seeking
professional, honest & hardworking licensed agents who are willing to put in the time & energy it takes to bring in
sales. As a result, we are seeking to hire licensed real estate agents for the following job positions: Please be prepared to
bring a printout of all your sales for the year and a printout of your sales for each month and submit a resume prior
to your interview.
Buyers Agents: Buyers agent sales positions requires the buyers agent to have at least 3 years of consistent real estate or sales
experience with a proven sales record. The buyers agent sales position is not for everyone, you must demonstrate the following
credentials and abilities:
Handle all deals with strict confidentiality, hold an active Michigan real estate license in good standing in the State of Michigan. A high
school diploma is a must, we prefer a business background and customer service skills, be highly self-motivated, be able to work on
your own. Being able to handle problem solving issues along with the ability to handle pressure and meeting deadlines is critical. You
must be able to handle constructive criticism. You must have basic computer knowledge of the following computer programs:
Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point. Email knowledge is a must, and knowledge of attaching documents and photos is necessary.
You must own your own computer with an all in one printer, copier, scanner and fax setup.
Licensed Closing Agents to attend brokers closings - Must have previous real estate experience.
Listing Agents: Listing agent sales positions requires the buyers agent to have at least 3 years of consistent real estate or sales
experience with a proven sales record. The buyers agent sales position is not for everyone, you must demonstrate the following
credentials and abilities:

Relocation Agent/Director: - Must have relocation background experience & three or more years of Real Estate or
Sales Experience. Strong customer service skills, be highly self-motivated, be able to work on your own & You must
be able to handle constructive criticism. Being able to handle problem solving issues along with the ability to handle
pressure and meeting deadlines is a critical. Commission based job position.
The relocation agent/Director will assist buyers and sellers with relocation assistance by contacting other
brokerages either within the State of Michigan or other brokerages through our Exclusive National Database
System.
